Energize your lunch hour with WOW Fit! circuit style training offered between 12:00pm and 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Circuits are 5 to 10 minutes each and can be done once if you are in a hurry or multiple times depending on your time. You decide.
Now, having “no time to workout” is no excuse.
You can never be late as the circuit starts when you are ready. Arrive when you can, get fit and get energized without having to rush. It’s that easy!
Best of all, one of our personal trainers is there to answer questions or modify exercises to suit your needs making this a safe and effective way to exercise.
