Personal Training Rates:
| Health Assessment: (60 minutes)The starting point from which a comprehensive training program is built. Assess your cardiovascular fitness, strength, posture and flexibility to determine how to reach your goals.$80 + tax
Intro Package:
The place where our clients get started! A total of 6 – 1 hour personal training sessions. If you haven’t done an assessment with us your initial session will be used to determine where you are and what your goals are so that we can help you reach them.

As an MFIT member you can take advantage of our knowledge and experience to achieve all of your fitness goals

60 minute sessions:
These sessions are designed around a full body workout that encompasses all aspects of a fitness program. You will be taken through cardio, strength, core and flexibility work.
Monthly Training Memberships:
A fantastic way to ensure you are staying on track with your fitness plan, plus it is simple and easy to do. You decide how many sessions you can commit to each month and we’ll create your membership. As an added bonus we’ll throw in unlimited cardio so you can get that extra boost you need in the best fitness environment in Vancouver.
*All sessions must be used within 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Super Focused Training:
Maximum return for minimum investment, you have to be prepared to give each session 110%. These sessions can be super focused and customised for your goals. Suggestions for these sessions would be:
• Tabatas
• Boxing

Four 30 min. sessions + unlimited cardio for only $185/month + tax

Cardio: current members only
